1. Agreement to Terms

By using urefme.com (the "Site") and the services we offer ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

We provide a link-in-bio service that lets you create a public page (urefme.com/<handle>) where you can add and arrange your own links, along with click analytics and a referral program that attributes signups to a referral code (the "Services"). The Services are currently free to use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.

3. Your Account and Content

To use the Services you must create an account (through our authentication provider). You agree that the registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the links, text, bio, and any other content you add to your page. You retain your rights to that content, and you grant us a limited license to display it on your page and to operate the Services.

4. Handles and Referral Codes

Handles are unique and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We may reserve or reclaim handles (for example, to prevent impersonation or in the case of prolonged inactivity) and may block the use of certain words or names. Each page has a referral code that credits you for signups that come through it. You agree not to abuse the referral program — for example, by creating fake accounts, self-referring for gain, or incentivizing spam.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. In particular, you may not:

  • Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post links or content that are unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that distribute malware or phishing.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or use a handle that misrepresents who you are.
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site in bulk.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.

6. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, TO DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

7. Disclaimer

THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
